This Privacy Policy explains how Magnolia Innovative Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information you provide when using this website or requesting a ServiceM8 trial through us.

Information we collect

When you submit our signup form we collect your business name, your name, email address, and country. We use this information to provision your ServiceM8 account and to support you as your authorised ServiceM8 Certified Partner.

Alongside the form fields, we also record technical attribution data with each submission: the page on this site you first landed on, the referring URL (e.g. the search engine that sent you), any UTM parameters present in the URL, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address. We use this to understand which marketing channels are working, to diagnose form errors, and to detect abusive submissions. We do not store your raw IP address.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to: (a) create your ServiceM8 account; (b) deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support; (c) respond to your enquiries; (d) communicate with you about ServiceM8 platform updates relevant to your business; and (e) recover and follow up on signups where the account creation step failed for technical reasons.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions and the attribution data described above are stored in a managed Postgres database provided through our hosting platform. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. We retain submissions associated with a successfully created ServiceM8 account for as long as you are a customer of ours. Submissions that did not result in an account (for example, abandoned or failed signups) are retained for up to 90 days for support and fraud-prevention purposes, then deleted.

Sharing with ServiceM8

To provision your account we send the information you provide to ServiceM8 Pty Ltd. ServiceM8’s use of that information is governed by their own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use website analytics to understand how visitors use this site. These analytics may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can opt-out via your browser settings.
