Onboarding is priced as a fixed-fee engagement based on your team size and complexity. Most small operations (1-10 staff) are a single fixed package. Larger teams or businesses with custom workflows are scoped during the discovery call before any commitment.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are fully live on ServiceM8 within 2-3 weeks of signing up. Simple operations are sometimes faster; businesses with complex pricing or unusual compliance forms can take 4 weeks. We give you a firm timeline after the discovery call.

Can you migrate from another field service tool?

Yes. We've migrated customers from AroFlo, Tradify, simPRO, Jobber, Fergus, and spreadsheets. Customer lists migrate cleanly via CSV; job history migration depends on the source system's export format.

Do I need to pay ServiceM8 directly?

Yes — your ServiceM8 subscription is paid directly to ServiceM8 (pricing on their site). Our partner services are a separate fee for setup, training, and support. You don't pay more for ServiceM8 by going through a partner.

What if I already have a ServiceM8 account?

We can take over an existing account. We'd typically run a quick audit first to see what's set up well, what needs cleanup, and whether there's any data migration to do.

Can you do setup remotely?

Yes — most onboarding engagements happen entirely remotely. Discovery is via Zoom, configuration happens in your account directly, and training is delivered on whatever cadence works for your team.

What happens after onboarding ends?

We don't disappear at handover. Ongoing partner support is available — see the Support service page — and many clients have us on a quarterly retainer for refreshers, integration changes, and platform updates.
